- Account Monitoring: Regularly check in with clients to monitor their usage and satisfaction with our software, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and improvements.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Lead Data Engineer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with expertise in .NET, C#, Microservices, and MS
SQL.
• 3+ years of experience managing a software development team.
• 3+ years of professional experience with modern Front-End frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js.
